Custom Tax

Shipping Package
- All products use standard cartons and special customized super hard paper shells to firmly fix the products and prevent damage from impact.
- Typically, customers can expect to receive their products within a month. However, this timeframe can vary depending on your location. Some customers may receive their orders much faster.
Order Processing Time
It typically takes 7-15 business days to process your order.
This timeframe accounts for order verification, quality control measures, and packaging.
If the payment is delayed, the processing time will be lengthened.
- Expedited service: If you need to get your order as soon as possible due to some accidental factors, you can email us (info@elephantrobotics.com) to apply for expedited service. We're happy to help coordinate inventory with production, but please don't be angry if we can't speed up the process. This service is free for you.
Shipping Time
We typically ship on Thursdays.
The products shall be delivered by International Express within 15 working days.
The shipping method and time vary according to different products and different countries.
In case you order a number of products, it may happen that your order arrives in several deliveries. This also applies to products that have to be pre-ordered. However, we will only charge you one shipping fee.

Orders Tracking

Q1: How to set a custom wake-up word?
1、Speak "metaPanda" or "Hi, meta" to metaPanda to wake up by default.
2、Say "Learn wake up wprd" to metaPanda.
3、Will hear metaPanda respond “Begin wake-up word setup. Please speak the wakeup words you need to learn in a quiet environment.” Indicates entry into learning mode.
4、Please say the wake word you want to set in a quiet environment. When you hear "Learning success" from metaPanda, the wake word has been successfully learned. (Please note to choose a name with two syllables or more, and be careful not to choose a name that is similar to voice commands.)
5、If you need to remove the name.Say "Clear learning data" to metaPanda and hear metaPanda respond with "Delete Successful" to indicate that the customized wake word data is clear.

Sure, open the pocket on the left side of metaPanda's belly, will see the charging port and the three-stage switch.

Absolutely! You can monitor the charging progress by observing the indicator light within metaPanda's eyes. Takes approximately 8 hours and recommended to charge the device overnight to ensure it is fully powered for the following day. Once fully charged, metaPanda can operate continuously for up to 12 hours.
Q5: How to reset metaPanda to factory default settings?
Locate the reset hole: This is situated within the pocket on the left side of the metaPanda's abdomen, adjacent to the charging port.
Initiate the reset: Utilize a pin to depress and hold the reset button within the hole for a duration of ten seconds.
