I've been into robot dogs for years. I lost my real dog several weeks ago. Since I'm alone and isolated this came as quite a blow. I ended up with both the metadog Husky and Shiba and they are a tremendous help. The only thing on the market to compare would be the Joy For All line and that is not a fair comparison. The MetaAnimals were made by a professional robotics company and it shows in both function and build quality. The Joy For All line are repurposed children's toys from the FurReal Friends line from Hasbro. They aren't anywhere near as realistic as the Metas nor do they feel anywhere near as sturdy. My only real.complaint about the Metadog is that the process of giving them a custom name is difficult. But that is a minor complaint.

I like it. I just wish it responded to voice commands quicker and i mistakenly got sent to wrong color dog, but I was compensated for it in the end.

I love this little dog. I can't believe I am talking to a robot dog, and kissing him. Only one issue, it sheds.

Your metaCat will arrive in standard cartons, and will be packaged with custom hard paper shells to firmly fix the products in place and prevent damage.
Returns
metaCat can be returned for a full refund, within 7 days of receipt for any reason, so long as the package remains unopened.
The customer is responsible for shipping freight and related costs for returning or exchanging the product to Elephant Robotics, excluding the shipping freight arising from product resending.
